Think Differently is MosaicFI's signature event — and on March 28, 2026, we gathered for our fourth bi-annual experience at Uptown Events in Glencoe.
This year, coaches Melissa Ford and Karen Taylor, opened with a powerful reflection on the moment we're all living through: a time when long-standing institutions, relationships, and ways of being are shifting beneath our feet. Rather than viewing that instability as something to fear, they invited us to see it as an opening — for reinvention in our work, our families, our connections, and ourselves. Together, we explored what it means to consciously close one chapter and step thoughtfully into the next.
The seed for Think Differently was planted years ago when Jenifer attended a transformative gathering that changed her perspective on what was possible. That experience sparked her vision of creating a women-owned and operated wealth management firm built on more than financial expertise — one grounded in growth, community, and the belief that how we think shapes everything that follows.
